We've been asked many times what keeps us going through the grueling parts of touring — the early wake-ups, the technical failures, the long drives between cities. The honest answer is always the same: the people who show up.
This isn't a PR answer. It's something we've had to remind ourselves of in difficult moments backstage, on bad nights when nothing seemed to be going right. The fans aren't just an audience — they're the reason the whole thing makes sense.

After our show in Madrid, a young woman waited three hours by the tour bus. When we finally came out, she handed Alex a handwritten journal — 200 pages of lyrics she'd written after listening to our albums during the hardest period of her life. She didn't want anything in return. She just wanted us to know the music had helped her survive.
None of us spoke for a long time after she left. That journal now sits on a shelf in our rehearsal space. We look at it before every recording session.
There was also the group of friends in Amsterdam who had traveled from four different countries just to see the same show together — a tradition they'd started three years ago. Seeing them reunite in the crowd, singing every word, was more moving than most moments I've had on stage.
To everyone who has ever come to a show, bought an album, shared a song, or written to us about what the music means to them — thank you. You're not spectators. You're part of what we make.
We're already planning something special for next year that will involve the fan community in a way we've never done before. Stay tuned.
